Welcome to lumnimarble.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the purchase of products from LumniMarble.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell body-marbling kits, paints, suspension thickeners, saline solutions, and digital products (including the e-book “Body Marbling: The Complete Guide”). All physical products are described as non-toxic and made with food-grade ingredients where stated. Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Intellectual Property

3. Shipping Policy

All orders from lumnimarble.com are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (domestic) or USPS International Priority Mail (international).

Domestic (United States): Estimated delivery 3–6 business days after shipment.
International: Estimated delivery 6–10 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates only and begin once the order has been processed and handed to USPS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout. Free-shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to eligible orders and destinations as stated.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

4. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your LumniMarble purchase.

Physical Products (Kits, Paints, Solutions, etc.)

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original postal packaging.
Because these are body-applied products, opened or used items generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipped.
To initiate a return, contact us at 254-633-3989 or via the contact form before sending anything back. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is our error).

Digital Products (E-book)

All digital downloads, including “Body Marbling: The Complete Guide,” are final sale and non-refundable once the download link has been provided or accessed, due to the nature of digital goods.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, the Returns policy above applies.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
